These crispy yet tender brussels sprouts are easy to make in the oven. Perfect to enjoy as a side dish with simple ingredients.
Once I learned this recipe, oven roasted brussels sprouts became my favorite vegetable. They can accompany any meal as a delicious side dish and can even be eaten as a snack.
Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts – Wash them thoroughly. Remove any damaged or yellow leaves before slicing in half. For better crispiness a browning spread over the baking sheet flat side down.
Olive Oil: I use extra virgin olive oil, but any oil works well.
Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic Powder: Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes are a great addition, but are optional.
